New to forums but I need help I've had my cod advanced warfare game for while but now all ...

It only says this when I try to connect to Xbox live nothing else so I really don't understand what's going on but all I know is that my disc has only two little scratches on it but it's been like that since I got it so I don't understand why it all of a
sudden started doing this

i cant seem to b able to play on xbox live for modern warfare two. everytime i try it says the disc is unreadable. ive tried it on other consoles with the same game but different disc. it said the same thing. the special ops and campaign work but not the
multiplayer. can someone help?

 

This gets annoying.

So I boot up my XBOX ONE.. it connects to XBOX Live, automatically signs on to my account. I boot up GTA V, it starts to load and says something along the lines of "You need to sign on to load your game. Do you wish to sign on now?". I say yes. Play for
a little while, turn off my XBOX, come back (most of time it loads back where I left off), but sometimes it will load where I left off, and jump back to the loading screen and load a new game because it says I am not signed on.

Same thing happens when I load Advanced Warfare. I am connect to XBOX LIVE, have my account signed in.. but when I load the game.. it says "You are not signed in".

Also in Advanced Warfare when I go to MP. It will say "Connecting to XBOX LIVE" and say on this for a long, long time. But if I simply restart my XBOX (turn it off and on) it will connect right off that bat.

This happens all time time with these two games. It gets annoying.
