New system update xbox 1?

So pretty sure there was a new system update or something on Sunday now for the last 4 days I have had the green loading screen and nothing more. Now today I can access the home screen after 5 mins of loading and cant access anything else as it states its
taking to long and has to close! Is this happening to anyone else any suggestions? Getting ready to rage quit my useless paper weight xbox HELP

When you check Whats new xbox one system updates you'll notice that the XBOX 1 General
Availability operating system is updated usually every month.

It's a lot more frequent if your in a Insider preview.

Sounds like you're experiencing issues downloading the new system update. Try connecting it directly into the modem. If that doesn't work try this:

support.xbox.com/.../system-update-help.aspx

Follow steps 1 through 5 until you can download the system update

You could try waiting a until the new system update arrives.
For this you can double check Xbox consoles system updates page:

So, when the July update arrives, download again OSU 1 file and try it.

If it's still the same, could be a faulty hard drive. But it's hard to tell, needs to be checked by an specialized service

Same thing since April update. I just had a May 1 game update and it didn't fix anything either. As a matter of fact, every new update has created more new bugs and this system is BY FAR the WORST game system I've ever owned!
