New system update trashed my xbox

yesterday my Xbox One original had no issues was working fine until it said that I needed to update the system after doing so everything stopped working none of my games are apps would load and it kept saying that it took too long it would back me out of
it and then on top of that it kicked me out of my profile and will now not allow me to sign back in I've spent 7 hours on the phone with Microsoft support but I have gotten nowhere I've done everything they've said including resetting the Xbox completely to
factory settings and still can't get it to work error code pop up when I try to sign in and the same things with the games it's stop saying it's taking too long to start and when trying to reinstall games it keeps stopping it from going past 22.6% all I want
to do is take off the new iOS version that was download it and go back to the old one that had no issues

I got the new insider update and it completely trashed my Xbox. It's actually broken. I've been on calls with support and numerous chats with support and they all tell me to hard reset or factory reset so I've done all that 20+ times. All I get is a black
screen and an error code. Now I'm being told that I have to pay to get a new operating system because the update corrupted mine. Why should I have to pay when the update ruined my Xbox?

 

Disk is stuck in DVD drive along with loud grinding noise

Call support and they should service the xbox. It is a fault in the drives, I had the same issue, they sent me a new system and took mine.

This is why I only buy digital games now. My two games I tried were trashed after the xbox munched on them.
