New system update for preview members

I am a preview member and I have tried to get this new system update that was given out and I can not get the update. I have tried to download the OSU file and that didn't work. I reset my xbox and tried that and nothing helped. Is there anything I can do
to get this fixed without having to turn in my xbox for work on it?

Have been invited to Preview Program; but received no message?

They have already started sending system updates to preview members consoles once a preview period starts they wont add new members until the new update for preview is released next month.

 

How to fix: we cannot retrieve last game save

For those who have sync and connectivity issues and are members of the dashboard preview go to settings->system and update your consoles. There is a new dashboard update fixing any issues!

Here's how to check for updates on Xbox One

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings and the All settings.

3. Select System and then click on Updates.

If there is an available update, you'll see an option that states "Console update available" clicking on that will begin the update process. More details on Xbox One console updates

Alternatively, you can update the console offline using out OSUDT or Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool

HERE. This is an option if you have a bandwidth limit and want to download it somewhere else and then bring it home to install in on the console.

That said, if you're not seeing an update available with these steps, then your console is already up to date.
