    I just bought an XBOXONE today. When I put a DVD into system to watch it says no disc in drive. I do have the Blue-ray app downloaded. FYI, I don't have a game disc yet

    System Update Stopped

    Same problem, inserted the new maddan 12 disc, system started to upgrade, then the same message displayed. I have tried the other online suggestions (download the update via zip file, open, transfer to USB flash drive, restart the xbox with the USB flash
    drive installed, etc.) no luck. No matter what game/disc I install it keeps going to the System Update Stopped screen. Help!!!

    I will shortly be on my second Xbox One with this same problem. You will be best served to take it back to a retailer and get a new one if it is within the last 30 days. Dealing with Xbox CS is a horrific experience and something that I dread having to
    do.

    have the same problem with bluray movies. no problems with DVDs, games and even 3d bluray movies. the weird thing is last weekend my bluray worked when i was not logged in with my profile. when i logged in, it stopped working, then i tried again without
    my profile and worked again.

    MS, please, YOU NEED TO FIX THAT... SERIOUSLY, IT’S A BLURAY MOVIE FOR GOD SAKE!

    i just got a 360 120 gb and installing the games

    You still have to have the disc in the drive in order for the system to verify you own it and work. Since you installed the games, it's less likely you'll have an issue, but if something does mess up the disc so the drive can't read it, you'll need a new
    disc or you'll need to purchase the game digitally.
