    New Sudoku Not Loading


    I loved the old Sudoku then they updated it..

    Now it will not load, it just sits and "flips" the numbers. I worked with support for about 8 hours with no success!

    They then mailed me and said it would be fixed in 72 hours - it has now been over a week and it is still not working!!

    I pay a lot to Microsoft in other ways so why do they give me the brush off now!!!!

    A support ticket is still open but no one will correspond with me!

    Come on Microsoft, I expect more of you.

    Same problem as Microsoft Sudoku is having. Game locks up while ads are loading.

    Kayla is deagongirl83 (I think) and has posted to answers.microsoft and to Facebook. I’m tagging along in case it fixes my problem as well.



    All my symptoms are in the microsoftcasualgames post and Windows Feedback. Basically Sudoku won’t load. It hangs at the point in the startup sequence when it should slide the large Sudoku square from the top left of to the right.

    If I minimize Sudoku at this point Sudoku crashes.

    Problem with access to Sudoku

    I have the exact same problem. I have uninstalled & reinstalled with no result. I can click on the green xbox button in the upper right hand corner of Sudoku and be signed into xbox without any problem. I can exit Sudoku, sign into xbox, and punch the
    "play Sudoku" button, which initiates Sudoku, but Sudoku still says it cannot connect to xbox.

    I have on a couple of occasions seen a message momentarily when I first initiate Sudoku that seems to imply that this is a new version of Sudoku and you don't have to sign into xbox to play it. But then I don't have any history
    of my playing Sudoku over the past 4 years. The message disappears before I can study it. Is there a new version of Sudoku that is causing my problem?

    Problem with access to Sudoku

    before I can study it. Is this a new version? Or maybe I am misinterpreting the message.
