New store - where is backwards compatibility section?

Discus and support New store - where is backwards compatibility section? in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; So I am checking out the new store and nowhere in it is a section of all the BC X360 games or original Xbox games unless you search by name or happen...     New store - where is backwards compatibility section?


    So I am checking out the new store and nowhere in it is a section of all the BC X360 games or original Xbox games unless you search by name or happen to see 1 or 2 games while scrolling sales/specials. There should be a filter and a new section for it. The old store actually had it, not sure why it didn’t make it to the new store.

    There’s also no “All” games section either, just “New”. I know it’s still a preview and it’s great but these are big omissions.

    Where is the backwards compatibility section in the store now?

    The issue comes directly from the backwards compatible section of the Xbox One store page.

    That's brilliant news. Thanks TheMissingLyric. I didn't really want to purchase the games again, even if they would have been cheap being preowned.

    Will it automatically download the games or will their be a section in the store where you can download them. That's if anyone knows that yet as the backward compatibility thing is still a bit vague to me.

    Hi Doug! When you sign in to your new Xbox One S with the same Xbox Live account, there will be a "Ready to Install" section listing all games that you are able to install onto that Xbox. If your old games (Games with Gold or purchased) are backwards compatible,
    they will show up there! Here is a list of current Backwards Compatible games https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility , and here is
