    Recommend it to the developer of said games. If they are defunct try Microsoft's ideas forum as well.

    I wouldn't be worried about those to be honest, they'll become backwards compatible eventually. Look on the Brightside, we've got a bunch of great Xbox Original and 360 Xbox games on backwards compatibly platforms already anyways.
