    New Software and Wireless Headsets


    I have the Turtle Beach Stealth 450 Series headset which I use for my PC gaming on Windows 10. With this new software release will there be any cross compatability between Windows 10 gaming hardware and my Xbox One? The 450 has a counterpart the 420 which
    is almost identical. The only difference is the color and the device but both devices are being powered by windows so I'm hoping the one could be used for both with the new software update.

    SERIOUSLY?! Not a single wireless headset for xbox one??

    From what i have searched, I cannot find a single TRUE wireless headset for the Xbox one, this is RIDICULOUS! The fact that the ps4 has many options makes me so angry and disappointed, all it would take for many current wireless headsets is a software update....
    too bad you arent a software company... oh wait. MICROSOFT PLEASE FIX THIS RIDICULOUS OVERSIGHT.

    PS4 will support PS3 Bluetooth headsets.

    Sony has revealed at Comic-Con that the PS4 will have support for PS3 wireless headsets. I guess this is good news for PS3 owners who have a particular headset that they are very fond of and don't feel like buying another. What's interesting about this though is that the PS4 will automatically come with its own wireless headset when you purchase it.

    Microsoft, it's really software problem. All the owners of any wireless headsets complain on this issue.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately that can only be answered by Xbox hardware and software engineers and they don't have a presence in the forums. My best guess is that the current audio technology for Xbox One has to go through the controller software and a direct connection
    to the console using a USB cable would not work. Most USB headsets I've seen are engineered for PC's, but I have seen some wireless gaming headsets that use a USB adapter in the console although another receiver has to be plugged into the controller's headset
    adapter port for it to work.

    Xbox One Wireless Headset.

    Turtle Beach and other headset manufacturers are working with MS to put out adapters that will make you able to use your new/old wireless/wired headsets. I think turtle beach will also be releasing new wireless headsets as well. I believe the dates they
    are giving for the new headsets and adapters is February.

    None of my headsets work for game chat anymore

    Here’s the strange thing none of my wired or wireless headsets work for game chat and I didn’t even change anything on my wireless headset and my software for my wireless headset is completely up to date so is my Xbox controllers as well so what else could it possibly be I’m out of possible ideas to try I’ve tried turning off and turning the console and controllers and headset off and back on again and still nothing party chats fine though and I’ve not really used my wireless headphones that much either and it doesn’t even work anymore either
