    I noticed the clicking noise on both thumb-sticks since day one. It was slight but there, now the noise is very noticeable and seems to be getting louder. I have searched the internet for anyone saying the same and can find nothing.

    I have tried to contact Microsoft for a while but there is no way to do a web chat or live call for controller issues. The best I got was an Xbox gamer who was helpful but couldn't really sort anything except to say I need to contact Microsoft for a replacement.

    This I have tried numerous times. I can open the replacement controller page, put in my serial number and see it is under warranty and click on order replacement. On the next screen I get a grey page that simply says login.microsoftonline.com refused
    to connect.

    So what can I do now? any ideas?

    Controller electrical buzzing noise

    Hmm, maybe something wrong with the day one controllers, mine seems to be getting louder, I called xbox support and they are sending out a new day one controller. Hopefully that one doesn't make any electrical buzzing noise.

    Hello all. So i got my son a new controller for christmas. Using it the first time we had noticed that there was a springy/clicky/creaky noise whenever he would move the right thumbstick. Almost 3 weeks later and the noise seems to be getting louder.

    Has anyone heard of this with the new controllers?

    Could this lead to accelerated wear on the right thumbstick from faulty hardware or fault during assembly?

    Any help or info appreciated. Thanks.
