New SaskTel Fusion Wireless Internet Problems

So my NAT type is now open, but still my xbox wont complete a multiplayer network test, and when i go into more details it still doesn't show any "upload" speed.

Another problem is when i go to my friends list, it never loads my friends it always says there is a problem and it takes a couple tries to get the friends list to show up.

Go into your router's WAN interface edit screen and post up the first two octets of the WAN IP address, listed on that page.

Your IP address looks ok.

Keep your Xbox 360 unplugged.

Can you restore your Huawei to factory defaults (press and hold for 5 seconds until the Power led begins to blink and then release).

This time, instead of manually forward network ports, we're going to use UPnP, as the role to automatic port forwarding. Therefore, make sure UPnP is enabled/turned on.

On your Huawei, go to Network Setting > Home Networking > Static DHCP. Select Add new static lease.

Type in your console's MAC address in the MAC address field and type an IP address that is currently not in use. Make sure your console has obtained the same IP address that you've typed under add new static lease.

Run the Network Connection test and Multiplayer test.

If the Multiplayer test still fails (as you've described earlier), disable UPnP, and type in your console's IP address in the DMZ of your router. Don't forget to Save your configuration.

Did both of those and still cannot complete the multiplayer test.

 

Are you getting any error code, or message, when you run the Multiplayer Connection test, or is it failing all over?

Even if you can't complete the Multiplayer Connection test, try depress and hold LT/RT/LB/RB all at the same time, to see if it brings up detailed statistics. Before you run this test, make sure your console's Power mode is set to Energy-Saving Power mode.
If this mode is not currently set, change to Energy-Saving mode and Power cycle your console.

If your console still don't wan't to operate correctly, try reset your console to factory defaults. By doing so, it will erase all accounts, apps, games, saved games, and settings. So, if you have data that needs to be saved, make sure you do this, Before
you restore your console to factory defaults.

Did you get it sorted out? I have the same problem on the same system. Od thing is, just started a few days ago.

 

This maybe a late and stupid answer but it's annoyingly simple and may work for others with error 0x7fc3. I tried everything to get my xbox live to work and was connected to the internet.

I logged into another Xbox Live account and was able to use live and everything with that account. In the meantime i logged out of my main account and then signed back in. Suddenly everything worked again.

I'm not sure if it was just signing out and back in that got it to work or because I was signed in already with a working account.

Either way I assumed that hard powering down the Xbox auto logged you out of live but apparently not.
