New San Andreas??

Well Rockstar could do either VC or London or even Paris, but that's a bit far fetched.

 

I liked Vice City more then I liked SA back in the day.

 

I also liked VC better, the frame skipping, blur effect simulated speed of SA sucked. in VC you could have fun just goin flat out, even with load screens between map sections.

 

Yeah VC was fun particularly where you can go inside the police station and wreak havoc on the VCPD (that is if you have some sort of peripheral cheat device)

 

come on now guys, yall are talking about my game here now, san andreas is the best gta game of all time, I thought we were all on the same page here, now yall are talking about VC. If they made another VC I wouldn't buy it, even if it was for 1 dollar. its
not that I hated it, it was a good game for its time, its just that I have a better game, and that's san andreas

 

The problem with VC is that it worked so well because it captured the 1980's vibe and referenced Scarface (it even resembled it in some aspects very well: i.e: the mansion). I think one of the reasons it didn't make GOTY is because it was just SHORT. That's
all I can really say. The game's story just felt short. The islands felt small and the amount of stuff to do felt minimal.

San Andreas on the other hand knocked VC's socks off and did everything right that VC got wrong. You are not the only one who enjoys and favorites San Andreas, Zone. My only gripe and critique about San Andreas though was the storyline was very long. And
there was that one infamous mission where you had to get your lung capacity up to 1/4 full in order to complete it, which halted the game progression if you didn't give a crap about it.

 

VC had the better run from the cops aspect, if ya member the early top down PC game, thats pretty much all you did was try and out run cops as long as you could. I could spend hrs just doing that in VC and what kept it in my quick launch bar longer then
any game.

 

Well they could do SA but in the 60's or 70's

 

@ Legend, well in all fairness it did go head to head against Metroid which hadn't seen a release in over 8 yrs, besides that it still outsold Metroid. SA stepped it up from VC which was a step up from the 3rd GTA while retaining that GTA feel which is what
you would hope it would do.

SA was already on the 360 and it didnt need yet another re release, personal preference I would have rather seen VC

 

^GTA 6 Vice City if this does happen it will be the same but the hotel and tommy's mansion probably will either be destroyed or non-accessible, if you ask me I wish Rockstar would quit with the 2d-3d universe crap it just doesn't make any sense.

 

I know this isn't the place, but I rather have seen a remastered RDR then VC or SA lol.

 

bah foregotten your fine, it's rockstar fault that half the time they are charging the consumer extra for stuff they should have done in the first place.

 

Darth, you shouldn't blame rockstar for anything on these forums. theres a couple of people here who would highly disagree with you and defend rockstar to the death

 

Blames R* for problems they've caused.
