    New Router and now my BETA games can't connect


    As the title suggests, i recently got a new router because my old one would not allow me to have an Open NAT, and it was making connecting to friend a nightmare. So now with this new router that has IPV4 & IPV6 (old one only had IPV4) i get Open NAT all
    the time which is great! But my FREE to play BETA games Trove and Gigantic do not get passed the main title screen, i get a message reading "Cannot connect to Authentication Servers, they might be offline for maintenance" and i am getting these messages as
    my brother is sitting next to me on his own console playing the very game i'm trying to log into! any help would be appreciated.

    I have a weird problem.

    before the beta I could connect to my pc and xbox360 online using the same modem one with a usb connection and the other with ethernet cable.

    now after the beta I can only connect one at a time so I can't have both connected to the same modem can I fix this problem? I'm paying comcast for an extra IP so I don't see why I can't connect. and everytime I shut down one I have to restart my modem to
    connect either my xbox or PC

    what's going on? like I said before the BETA I could connect at the same time without a router now I can't. but I want to connect at the same time I thought with a new update it would do that but now it seems like it's not I don't know what could be the
    problem.

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    Looks like it was my wireless router maybe? I use a wired connection through my router but I was experiencing 100% packet loss through it according to Xbox multiplayer connection test. I connected through wireless and now it works with only 1% packet loss. Does this mean I need a new router even if the wireless works and wired connection doesn't? Every other game works fine online when my Xbox is wired. Just a CODAW issue.

    I am connected wireless through boingo, and I can't reboot the router because i'm in a military barracks, and the router doesn't seem to be in my room.

    And as of just now, the game chat disconnectes every now and then, and can't seem to stay connected to my buddy now.

    I got a new router fitted (D Link DIR-853) and I have been trying for 10 hours to get my x box to connect with it. . . any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! Thanks a million!

    Which console do you have?

    Is your console wired, or wireless, to your router?

    Please post up any troubleshooting steps you've taken so far, so we don't post up solutions that may only echo back.

    Hey there Will,

    How are you trying to connect?

    Hard-wired, or wirelessly?

    Does it detect the connection?

    I'd try troubleshooting the way outlined in our support page entitled “I need help with my Xbox One network connection” if you're having problems.

    Give that guide a try and let us know how it helps.
