  2. Yep, it's true Zig Zag. A lot of people seem to think that there is no positive feedback with the Xbox One's reputation system - they couldn't be any more wrong. Positive feedback is there, it's just rewarded behind the scenes, automatically, and over time,
as you play your games without receiving any negative feedback and/or complaints. This is why I stress to everyone that attitude and how you approach games and other players makes all the difference in the world. Don't put yourself into a bad position to begin
with and you'll do just fine. New reputation system :)

GG yet you never acknowledge that I am never in game chat or send messages unless it is a reply to some any kid who is usually raging or someone asking for tips on flying in Battlefield 4... yet my reputation has dropped to yellow and have had in the past
2 days, 3 people send me messages accusing me of hacking

If someone sends you a message accusing you of hacking, and you're obviously not doing it, report their message to the enforcement team (if it's bad enough) and block them. Also, if someone's raging, it's probably best NOT to message them - EVER.

If anything I reply ,"sorry not hacking I'm just really good with the Jets" but how is that them messaging me I'm hacking violating the Terms and conditions of messaging?

  6. All I can say regarding your example is that it sounds like it has a negative tone or connotation to it that shows a bit of a superiority complex or arrogance on your part. In all likelihood, they're not reporting you for hacking, but rather for your reply
    - if that's the case, and the enforcement team sees that negativity and agrees with the complaint filed, then you can definitely take a hit to your reputation.

Here's what I would of sent instead: "I'm sorry that you think I was hacking because I assure you that I wasn't. In any case, good game - I know you tried very hard. New reputation system :)"

My above example still defends your position, but also validates the other player's performance without inadvertantly putting them down. This allows them to feel a little better about the loss, less likely to take out any aggression they may have for losing
against you (such as reporting you), and in some cases, may even make you a new friend. New reputation system ;)

    New reputation system

I'm active duty... I'm not about to start kissing someone's butt coming off very hostile towards me. You still didn't answer how them accusing me of hacking violated anything that would make reporting their message worthwhile. In all honesty if they are
already accusing me of hacking they have the pathetic mindset that if someone is really good and better than them that they must be hacking to make themselves feel better... and in all honesty there are people better than me and I acknowledge them and say
dang that guy is good... or only OK he got the better of me using a cheap tactic (ie spawn trapping on takeoff when the jet is most vulnerable). The fact is today people rage because loosing is unacceptable to them and Microsoft allows people to be affected
by this and is the arbitrary flaw in the whole reputation system

  9. Xbox Live Code of Conduct <- read it for yourself, find a reason, and report as necessary with a message to the enforcement team that cites the reason.

The Reputation system is a complex beast that factors many different things. Examples : It's not just about simply leaving a rating. If you ban another player or vice versa from your server on Battlefield 4 for Team Killing, or
Unsporting behavior and so on it will effect their reputation. But if you were banned for no good reason, it does NOT effect your reputation. It's not just about collecting data, but how the system uses and weighs the data collected. If a dozen people suddenly
report a single user, the system looks at a variety of factors before lowering ones reputation.

Example: Did each of those players actually play in an online game with the person they reported? If not, all of their complaints will not equal that of a single person who spent 15 minutes playing Call of Duty: Ghosts online
    with the reported user.

The system also looks at the reputation of both the person reporting and the alleged offender, if a user sends a barrage of reports against a single user will not continue to hurt your reputation. Each and every Xbox One game
with an online service can include the ability to recognize negative in game behavior and react to them accordingly. Even if no one reports a user for team killing or say driving the wrong way in a racing game, the games will know that you have not been playing
the game the right way, and you can get lowered because of it.

It is simple, play the game clean and fair the way it was meant to be played and all will be good. This reputation system is not being exploited or abused. Seeing as each and every one of these reports are reviewed.
KCCO guys, and your reputation will raise.

You guys or and gals should NOT reply to any threatening or accusing messages you get, you should simply file a complaint, block and move on, by replying you keep feeding them, don't, if you play fair and do not cheat you have nothing to worry about.

    New reputation system

    Hello "Galactic Geek" :)

So basically with this new system, you're saying that there is absolutely no way the being really good in a game will negative affect your reputation from players who don't like losing / losing bad.

I hope that you don't mind if a ask you this, but when someone gets a huge wave of unwarranted negative feedback; does it get reviewed first before it shows on a players reputation or does it go to the players reputation first and then gets reviewed (where
it gets reversed when its confirmed that there is no substance to the negative feedback).

Please keep in mind that I'm a 95% solo gamer and 5% multiplayer gamer (Cooperative Modes only, I hate PvP Modes), so I have no idea how this system works.

Thank you very much for your feedback regarding this matter, I really appreciate it :)

Have a nice day or afternoon or night :)
