    New Report a Problem app really slow?


    Is it just me facing this issue or is the new Report a problem tool. extremely slow to actually post the report?

    Yesterday I tried to enable tracking it just did nothing for 5 - 6 minutes.. tried to report that as an issue .. the app just crashes.. had to restart the console ..

    Today I was trying to report another issue, without enabling tracking this time (because I do not have all day to make a report and loose the capture it might have made of the issue I want to report) i could enter all details just fine.. but then when i send the report .. it just was stuck for at least 5 -6 minutes , maybe more.. .. then it finally sent it ... how many gigs of data is it sending .. because it should not take this long on my connection I feel, unless the receiving server is not very slow

    They Know it is a problem that I know of, and they are really slow to get it to fix it seems, even Ubisoft says it is because of the Xbox app, so they need to fix it

    Having the same exact problem. Really annoying, will download beta app and report it.

    Yes, I understand. Some games you really need to use the filters in the app library on your mobile phone to be able to find them all.

    But if you want, you can report the problem this way

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button and select Report a problem.

    2. Select Report new problem.

    3. Choose the most appropriate category and subcategory.

    4. Select your preferred method to fill out your report

    I'm really sorry about the issues you are experiencing with the console right now. What I can recommend here is to report the issues using the report a problem app so that they can investigate it on their end. Please do the steps below to download it.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.

    Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.

    Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

    Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.
