New Remote drifts right

I bought a new remote while on vacation and I got home tried to use it and realized that it drips right well I'm on the home screen it takes me automatically to the store and will not let me go back left if I try to use it playing a game for example Madden
it always makes the throws go wide right I bought this while on vacation and I do not have a Microsoft store locally how can I warranty this or how can I fix it?

Xbox Elite Controller thumbstick drift

same.

my 1st elite: crash gumi grips. send back to service, but i buy a new one for this 2 week. Try this new: right stick drift to right...

ok, my 1st elite came back, try this. left stick drift to right (fresh new controller from ms service)

ok i sent back this 2 broken Elites.

1-2 week done, get 2 new fresh Elites... tested... both new Elite's (my 3rd and 4th) left sticks drift to right...

my last 5 Elites broken, 3 fresh from Xbox Support. Thats a big joke.

Xbox One Controller, left stick faulting!!!

I have two controllers BOTH with drift issues. The one left thumb-stick drifts upwards and the other one has a right thumb-stick drift issue that drifts upward.

Like what the heck am I suppose to do. #SMH

Sorry to hear about the controller drift. If your controller is still under warranty, you can initiate the repair/replacement process through the
Online Service Center. If you are running into issues trying to register your controller on the site, make sure you register your console first so you can add the accessory after.

I just got a Xbox controller for Christmas. And as soon as I connected it to my Xbox it had drift on the right joystick. I opened the controller right from the box and didn’t get any dust of anything like that near it but still it drifts. I wanted a new Xbox controller because my old controller had drift. Crazy how out of the box it already has drift.

Luckily, I haven't had this problem yet, but I don't play that much. There are plenty of youtube videos on how to repair this, or replace the controller.

I noticed... in some games the drift isnt present...it occures on webbrowsing, when I'm controlling the mouse icon...and on Portal....testing some other games so far
