New region problems

Discus and support New region problems in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I moved from Russia to Estonia, then I have changed the region of my account to Estonia.     New region problems


    I moved from Russia to Estonia, then I have changed the region of my account to Estonia. Now I can't buy if download my games and lost "search" tab on main menu.... and "games" and "apps" is no more separated, it becomes "games&apps" tab, also I cannot download
    apps. What is wrong?

    Whaf do you mesn you lost 4 games?

    If you mesn games for gold gsmes that said not available i. Your region?

    Thrre is no solution as you didnt have the right to those games

    You only have access to content availble i. Your region that is garenteed

    Since you dont live in an xbox live region thrre is no solution till you wait till your country is supported

    Region locks are enforced by international laws si ce not all content laws are the same and region locks sometimes enforce those laws or distribution rights

    How to change Location

    I'm pretty sure you can't change your account region. I recommend creating a new account with the correct region to solve the problem you're having.

    Hi, your account region and physical location must match, I believe that your problem is that they don't. You would need to create a new account with the correct regional setting. Another problem may be that the content isn't actually available in Korea
    so even creating a new account may not resolve this.

    Good to know it is all working. It does sound like it is a problem with the region set to the first profile. Since you can't change that, creating a new profile with the correct region settings has worked around the problem. Enjoy your games!

    If you already have an associated card it should only appear to be selected and not to enter a new one, if it appears to enter a new one it may be because you associated the card for one region and you are trying to redeem the code in another region.

    The payment methods are not the same between regions, make sure the problem is not caused by that.
