Discus and support New puzzles won't download. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; New puzzles won't download. Says "downloading" but the bar never moves.     New puzzles won't download.


    New puzzles won't download. Says "downloading" but the bar never moves. Also, before when it was working, it would crash quite often.

    Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles

    New puzzles won't download, but the "gold" I have earned deducts the "purchase". Please, please fix this problem. The new puzzles I have tried to download never appear in my collections, won't open, and I cannot work them. Please, help! I enjoy working
    jigsaw puzzles. Thank you.

    New puzzles won't download.

    I also have this issue and have had it for several weeks. I was considering paying for Premium recently as the ads lag the puzzles so badly sometimes, so glad I didn't now.

    I'm having the same problem I'm staring to think they just don't care about how this game works its not like it has there company name on it or anything oh wit it does wow way for them to make themselves look bad
