New puzzles "paid" for (gold taken) will NOT download. Just spins for days...

I "purchased" 4 new puzzles sets and asked for download on 2 freebie sets. NOTHING has downloaded for 2-3 days. I've tried one at a time, leaving my computer up and running, open, leaving it overnight, etc. I have come back and again the download button
is as if I have not yet clicked on it. This is frustrating! I notice SEVERAL people below are having the same issue. PLEASE, will someone Support actually look at this problem??

Downloading new puzzles not working

Looks like I'm not the only one having this problem. I saved up enough gold bars to get some new puzzles. Paid for a new puzzle, gold bars taken, but no puzzle downloaded.

Down loading new puzzles

I paid 5000 gold points for 15 new puzzles, Canada. The gold points were subtracted from my account but didn't get any new puzzles. Please and the points back to my account.

Hey there -

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried restarting your PC to see if that helps? You can also try

reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw and see if you're able to download your puzzles then.

Same problem here. Also time logged to solve puzzles is incorrect as a result. I have taken 3mins and 12seconds to solve the first three puzzles, but on the leaderboard I am listed as having taken 27mins32secs. Bit of a mess considering it's supposedly National

Hi

There was a change in counting the time for tenure.

1. So ONLY the PAID gold time is counted.

2. All free times/trials of gold

are not taken in account.

3. The tenure is round down. So you will have tenure 2 exacly the day you start your

third paid gold year.

Connect doesn't work so I shutdown Solitaire - when I come back over 2 hours has been added to my time.

Likewise…I just don't want to lose the puzzles that I've purchased, or the gold coins that bought them. With a Premium Subscription paid too…anybody else frustrated that Microsoft hasn't/won't help???
