    Having the exact same problem

    Unable to complete purchase of Family Gold with PayPal, and can't add new credit card info... frustrating.

    Can't sign in to XBL

    Hello all. I'm still unable to log into my profile. Any ideas? I can log into my 360 but not the XBO.

    It's been about 12 hours of trying and I'm a clean account. XBL Beta Tester and my Gold expires in 2019.
