New profile and messaging is unavailable.

So I just recently purchased an Xbox One Thursday afternoon when I had gone Black Friday shopping. As soon as I got home, I set it up and made a new profile under the gamertag "Naif Junior". I was playing Bo3 for a while then received a message from a friend.
When I tried to reply to him, I got the error message, "Message unable to send". I went on the website and did everything it told me to do. I verified that my privacy information and everything else on my profile was correct and I was still unable to send
messages even after restarting my Xbox and re-logging. If there's anything that anyone could do to assist me, it'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Invalid profile

trying to play Forza 4, and i get an error message saying my profile is invalid, and the 'forza motorsport profile you are trying to load is unavailable. please delete it from the dashboard and create a new one'

the profile works for all my other games

Fix messaging !

after that: wen i choose a friends profile and i send a message from the profile my box tell me messages sended ( popup bottom screen info ) but messages dosnt reach targeted friend ( realy weird ) message is not shown in messages list..!.

if i try to send a message from message option underneat the list were my profil is i go on message/start new conversation/add the friend/message/send. i become this
