New preview update isn't working

Today I turned on my console and saw I have to do an update for the preview program, but it isn't working. When I start the update everything is normal, but when it says it has to reboot my console it doesn't turn back on. I sat there for 30mins, nothing
happened. So I unplugged it from the outlit and all that fun stuff. Turned it back on, had to redo the update, to which it did the same thing. I already was "helped" by two support workers but they can't do anything when they have no control over the update.
I don't know what's going on but it's not on my end. Please just fix this.

Need access to preview program forums

Xbox won't update

Link isn't working for me as well. I am a preview member and I am having the same issue with the update not downloading

Same issue here, ive power cycled my console about a dozen times but the update still stops at 74%, im currently resetting my console as a last resort, really frustrating

Update: not even factory resetting has worked, get it together Microsoft.

It's best to post this in the preview program forums regarding issues with the new xbox one experience. (NXOE)

If you get a message that states that the group cannot be found PM a mod so they can grant you access to those parts of the forums.

Hi, is the Xbox you used to purchase the game using the preview update and the other Xbox isn't ? There are issues with games etc that are purchased on a system that is using the preview not being available on a system that isn't using the preview update..
