New Preview Program Update

trying to get the new update of the Windows 10 otp in and mine still says pending after 2 days please help me

October update

The October preview group is still getting new updates in the preview program. The latest one was last night. This will probably be the last update since it seems their are no known bugs in it. So probably by next week the Oct update will go live for normal users and us preview guys will get the Nov update towards Oct 20th or something.

This is just how the updates have been working lately.

 

You just have to wait until they decide to release it to you. I have been opted in since it was announced and I got a message about it and I still do not have it.

 

I got it today and it's trash I'm getting my old one back it won't show my friends online or nothing

It is a whole new OS dude it is going to have bugs I had to re install one or two things but have not had any problems since.

It is unlikely the problem is just for you, the same happened to me and many others, there is a solution.

 

I guess some people don't understand what a beta test is... Why did you even sign up for the program in the first place?

BC is all they wanted without understanding they are testers and are supposed to provide feedback. There will be many more crying about it I'm sure.

 

^ Anyone who joined the Preview Program just to get the pathetic offering of BC titles available to them needs a psychiatric evaluation IMO. lol

 

I just wanted to report that when I try to view upload videos from friends on the community page the audio plays but no video--just solid green.

 

Report problems in the Preview forums and via your console.

 

dont wait it have so many problems now im doing restore factory defaults becouse i cant sign in

 

wlz the auto sign in does not work right now with the new dash. You have to do it manually. They have also patched it in the last couple of days. However, you may have to do a hard reset of your console in order for the fixes to take effect.
