    New preview program update appearing offline issue


    I'm trying to stream with the app on Xbox one, and I forgot I was appearing offline so I went to change it and it said I changed it so I went back to the game to start streaming and it has the error that you have to be an adult or appear online, i thought
    I was so I go back to my profile and says I'm offline still, I tried it again and says the same thing. Did it like 10 times and still saying I'm offline. Amy help?

    I think something is wrong with my x1

    Are you a part of the preview program? Sometimes the preview version of the updates have issues.

    New Xbox One Experience & BC launching Nov 12 for all

    Did you get the most recent update a few days back? I had a fair amount of issues but all seems to be working perfectly since the latest preview update. Quicker, no dodgy foreign character text, games appearing correctly, not having to sync every time I boot a game etc.

    Hey there! You'll want to post this, and anything else preview related, in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx). Also,
    make sure you check the list of known issues (in the forum and in the Preview App) to see if there is a workaround, and if possible, report it via the console.

    If you aren't able to access the forums via that link, post back here and a member of official support can get you access.

    @KenH2k4 I don't have the same issue as the OP, but I'm wondering if you can get me access to the preview forums. Already have the new dashboard installed.
