Hello, just started playing black opps today. Any advise for a new guy that gets shot every 30 seconds.

Don't know much about the DLC... I thought it was just maps mostly. Do you get perks and such too?

depend on what skill you like to go with energy gun, sneak, speech, repair, sciences, medicine, etc. if your going for hardcore mode then go with a melee character, and don't forget to save as many times as you like to save your progress because if you ***
up then your (F-word).

 

Yes, focus on not getting killed over getting kills.

Once you know how to stay alive THEN focus on getting kills while maintaining staying alive.

To those ends, bring silenced weapons, stay around the edges of maps and or combat areas, not in the middle of them. Pick and chose your battles, and be prepared to sneak away rather than fight if you know its a battle you cant win. Better still, stalk and
wait when there are others around capitalize.

Flank to win.Use ghost,and silenced weapons.You will get a higher Kill/Death Ratio with that strategy.Also Furl Hawkens Tactics will save your life.I'm Just another Pro Player who wants to help.

 

One thing that has helped me sustain a 2.77 K.D. ratio is two things: speed & equipment.

Perks: I use perks to help me take my focus away from things.

Flak jacket, slight of hand, and ninja.

Use a fast weapon with a useful gear on it. Me personally, I rarely die so I need more ammo. Dual mags solves that issue for me.... a little.

And the most important thing is knowing the maps. This is #1. Feel free to add me for I'm always looking for interesting people to play with.
