    Ok so just got a new gaming PC, Ultra 9285k, Windows 11 which is completely up to date, everything besides this issue seems to work really well.

    So what is happening is ANY Xbox PC game I try and play with any game controller has the left stick and Dpad doing the exact same thing.

    So for example in Indiana Jones if I try and move forward using the left stick Indy takes out his lighter but I still move forward a tad. Basically any PC Xbox where the dpad and left stick do different things is messed up. On games that do not have different functions for left stick and DPAD I can use the dpad for moving around when I probably should not be able to.

    This ONLY happens on Xbox PC games, on steam games the controls work perfectly no problem

    I have tried 3 different controllers 2 Xbox controllers and one Nacom controller and it does the same thing. This is some global setting on my pc that is only impacting Xbox PC games.

    I have tried Blu tooth connections and plugged in the controllers in with a USB cable and the exact same thing happens. I also went to device manager and deleted the Xbox controller entry and had it recreated when I plugged the controller back in. Done many reboot and as I've said this is a brand new pc with a fresh Win 11 install that is 100% up to date.

    It is very frustrating as I'm an Xbox consoles gamers and wanted to get into PC gaming more but this just ruins the experience.

    So TLDR: Xbox PC games have controller issues on my new PC, multiple controllers and the same issue where left stick movement seems to trigger the Dpad controls in Xbox PC games. Win 11 is up to date, it does not happen on steam games

    Issue with Fight Stick on Xbox One

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with my fight stick on the Xbox one. Switching controls for the stick (DPad, Left- or Right-Stick) is not recognized by the Xbox. The system will only recognize the stick as a DPad. I tested this with the controller tester in the Xbox
    settings.

    Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Are there any solutions?

    I am using a Hori RAP One Kai Fighting Stick on the Xbox One X. The Fight Stick has a small switcher for changing the controls of the stick (DPad, Left- or Right-Stick).

    Did you try changing usb ports? Maybe using the ports on the back will work

    Xbox controller now working on pc gamepass

    Hello. My controller was already updated to the latest drive. I would like to clarify that the controller can connect to the computer. I get it to work with fine Steam games, all buttons and inputs work fine. It is only with GamePass games. Even in the Xbox PC app, I can move through it and select things with the A button. It is just that when I launched these games using the Xbox app on PC, the controller doesn't work. Only half the time will it read inputs, and the only inputs the games will read are from the Left stick moving through menus and the Dpad moving left and right. None of the other buttons, bumpers, or triggers respond.

    In xbox it should be the up on the dpad, but on pc i use a controller and that is right thumbstick click, i don't know the actual kbm key, sorry
