New PC - my Games for Windows 10 games gone?

Hello

I recently upgraded to a new PC which also meant I have a new install of Win 10 and now login under a Windows account not the same as my gaming login.

I open XBox Companion and login with my gaming login - but no games are shown now. I had about 5 games which I purchased on my old PC so a bit upset that there are no longer in that account.

Am I missing something here?

Hi, you need to re-download the games, should be able to do that through the Microsoft store.

You should be able to login and see all purchases at HTTPS://account.microsoft.com Make sure you sign in with the account you purchased them on.

A Microsoft account is the same as a gaming account. You just sign in with the same email and password you used for your gaming account.

Also where these games purchased on Xbox?

If you bought the games on the Microsoft store, there should be ready to install, as long as you haved signed in with the same account where the games were bought.

I am not sure whether achievements sync to XBOX servers on Windows 10 Mobile. I do know that the messaging component is gone from the XCCA (on Windows 10, not sure about phones). Nevertheless, clubs are still present. Just checked that. Messaging can only
be done in the new XBOX PC App (XPA) and the XBOX Game Bar (XGB).

Hello, thanks for the reply. I have gone to store and pick game asks for code add code says it has been redeemed, this is from my xbox console. go to Microsoft store on my pc and there is game ready to be installed on my windows 10 pc. How do I get it
to go to xbox console?
