New payment method

Hello everybody:

As my credit card expired I'm trying to add a new one to my account but I'm getting an error message from the website that states that my bank declined the operation. I tried to add it from my xbox but I get a different error message stating that the information
provided doesn't match with the credit card account but I already verified my information and everything is correct I even tried with a different credit card. I already talked with my bank and they say my account has no restriction at all. Has anyone faced
and solved this problem? I would appreciate any help you could provide. I want to spend my money but MS won't take it. Bill Gates would disapprove.

XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

billing confusion

Too transfer your balance to a new card follow the steps below

Sign in to the Billing and Account Management website. https:billing.microsoft.com

Under Your payment methods, click the payment method you want to change.

Under Payment method activity, click Go to payment method information.

Under Payment method information for this account, click Use a different payment method.

Click Add new credit card, and then click Next.

Click Add new Direct Debit, and then click Next.

On the Confirm transfer page, confirm the balances and services you want to transfer, and then click Next.

Enter the information for the new payment method, and then click Save.

Thank you Smwutches, I already contacted xbox support and the say my bank is faulty. They gave a number to follow this case 1431637496, I'll leave it here just in case somebody is watching. I wasn't able to contact them again because of working hours I belive.
