New Netflix doesn't work anymore

I am assuming that I got the new Netflix update yesterday, but now Netflix no longer loads on my Xbox One. I have tried hard resets, uninstalling the app and all user data, and reinstalling but nothing works.

The app starts to load but the circle stops turning and after a few seconds it dumps back to the dashboard.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Game doesn't work anymore

Dear Support,

Today morning I started to play on my laptop computer with the brand new event. I successfully finished first 5 challenges. When I started the 6th challenge, cards did not appear, just the simple emty background appeared. Since this I'm not able to play
with Microsoft Solitaire Collection at all. I completed some daily challenges earlier on my Laptop - not too often, but regularily.:

I've already tried to:

- Restart, update and reinstall application

- Restart my computer

- Update my Windows

- Relog to my xBox account

I'm using Win10 on my laptop. Nothing has changed between challenge 5 and 6 on my OS. Now I'm not able to start daily challenge, standard games or stars club at all.

What else could I check?

I was able to resolve my problem by chatting with a MS rep. I needed to clear the cache and the Mac.

To clear the cache go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. I was instructed to do this 3 times.

To clear the Mac go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart.

This fixed my Netflix problem and I hope it works for you XenoGearZ XZ.

I eventually chatted with a MS rep and he helped resolve my problem. He said I needed to clear my cache and Mac.

To clear the cache go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. I was told to do this 3 times.

To clear the Mac go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart.

This fixed my Netflix problem and got me up and running again. I hope this works for you too XenoGearZ XZ.

Okay, Microsoft, probably not your fault, but yell at the idiots at Netflix. Those morons have broke the amazing user experience that was on Xbox One. Honestly I hate this new UI, the last one was soooooo good and it was easy to use, easy to maneuver around,
and more. The new UI is confusing, doesn't allow for information easily, all the buttons seem to do random things and there isn't any UI to tell you what the controller can do. The Kinect doesn't work well anymore. Tell those stupid morons at Netflix to get
their crap together and change it back to the old UI.

This update with Microsoft Edge sucks major [Mod Removed]!!!! Never had a problem with watching anything on Internet Explorer and with this update the dash is cool and all but the new MEdge doesn't work properly and can't play the videos
I used to watch or stream and it's awfully laggy and should be reverted back IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! Plus the God given smart glass doesn't even work anymore on IOS can't scroll and can't do anything doesn't even work on Netflix!!!!!! PLEASE! Fix this problem ASAP!
Or let us revert back manually!!!!
