New name change system.

Okay, when Microsoft came out and released the free name change early this year I used the name change and wasn't satisfied with my gamertag, so I changed it back to what I originally had.

Now ever since they released the newest update with gamertags. My gamertag has since been moved to where your account name is placed and my old gamertag is how all my friends see me on their friends list.

I've tried to contact Microsoft and they haven't responded. If you have any information about this please let me know. Thank you

No its still the same which is pretty confusing. My gt shows voesa on my xbox, but my friends see wuals. A tag i made for jokes.

The site where I made the obvious change is still wuals and not the new Japanese letter I put. It is pretty annoying tbh as I wasted 10 dollars on it, if it doesnt go through can I request a refund *at most I'll give it 3 days*

I change my gamertag when they had for free too. Was unhappy and changed it back. Now it shows the gamertagd I didn't like along with my actually tag underneath. I've contacted Xbox support for this. One said it was an issue with the insider hub. The
second tech support asked for pictures of my profile where I shows both tags and a picture of my system info to check my update. He also asked for my email to contact me. He reported it to a higher up, and said this is a common thing happing. No email back
has been received.

The problem isn't changing my gt, it's about my current gamer tag has reverted back to it's old gt. Very annoying because I didn't like my old gt

Yeah unfortunately a lot of my friends are experiencing this

It's definitely unfair because a lot of us spent our money on a gt change that was removed and replaced by our old ones

I think thats common knowledge its just that we out here wasting our money on things that dont work. No one wants things like that. Look at fallout 1st for a example. We want to have things that work not half **** money grabs to get a cool gt. You can make
it into any text over at https://social.xbox.com/change gamertag and I put a Japanese letter and it wont register. So 10 dollars down the drain. Im not made of money trees here mate.
