    Once that error happened, the offer was null and void on that profile, even though it was an error.

    You will need to create a fully brand new account to get another free month offer. Each new console gets the offer once per the first 3 profiles created on the console and joined to live.

    I joined xbox live gold the system said i could have a free month then a error occured and system reset and i had to pay for a gold account for a month

    How do i resolve this matter ????????

    lol no HDR is not worth the price of a new Console.

    The pseudo 4K Up-scaling the Xbox One S does may or may not be something but honestly a Native resolution at 900p Up-scaled to 4K is going to look like garbage.

    And yes the Xbox One S does Up-scale all Games to 4k, it has been confirmed. Still not worth the price of a new Console that would be no longer used a year later after Scorpio comes out.
