new modem, now can't download apps

We've been using our xbox 360 with DSL for quite a while with no major problems. Our modem was damaged so we were considering changing to cable (but I hate the company because their customer service is awful) but I was offered faster speed (6mbps up from
3) at a lower price and a free modem when I called to cancel so I stayed for now. We've got the new modem installed and are running the Xbox on wifi like we've always done because there isn't a place to put the modem that's close enough to the xbox to run
cables. With the new modem, we can sign into live and watch youtube videos, but hulu crashes every time I try to run it (starts to load but then the screen goes black and I get kicked back to the home screen). Netflix says it need to download an update but
every time I try to download anything it fails. I've tried re-downloading hulu and get the same error. We've cleared the cache, restarted the machine, and still every time I try to download anything I get error code 4174-0000-D080-0200-8007-0570. I'm not having
issues with any other devices on the new modem, so I'm not sure where the issue is! I know there is a current issue with the store bu the service alert only mentioned problems with watching TV episodes, so I'm guessing this is not related.

Y isn't Ms supporting there own damn tablet all these apps coming for xboxone and not one can I download I can't even download battlelog or commander mode either I now see why no one buys Ms tablets there app support is bloody rubbish

 

Pushing downloads to Xbox One

I have my in standby mode and it says you can download apps while your away and it will be ready when you get home. I'm trying to download some apps but I can't figure out where or how to do it. Is this possible?

 

Hi Johnny, it looks like you tried the steps I was going to suggest, but did you restart your console when you cleared the cache? It's important to restart the console for the changes to take effect. Let me know and I'll check back with other possible solutions
if it didn't work

 

Yeah, it's been restarted multiple times. Would slow download speeds cause something like this? They promised double the speed but I've done several speed tests on the desktop that's sharing this connection and it's averaging 2.5Mbps. I'm starting to think
I may have to break down and go to Mediacom.

 

You can do that or just disable devices that are not in use.

 

Just wanted to add an update- I was able to download Gotham Impostors with no problems, but can't download any updates to this game or any other apps, nor can I download Hulu or Netflix. This makes me suspect it's an xbox issue and not a connectivity issue.
I do have someone coming out to check our internet connection as they agree that it's not running as fast as it should, but I find it odd that a 19GB game will download but not any updates.
