    New Minecraft Xbox 360 World!


    Hey Guys! I've recently made a new Minecraft World which you have to earn stuff on. Saying that, I mean there is a currency. (Money) You can either buy or sell items to and from our shop or you can get them legitly and keep them. For instance. Emerald is
    £20, Diamond is £15 and it goes lower. There is a huge floating platform in the sky that is Completely Impenetrable unless you have the key thing that you need to get in there! That is where we hold our items to sell to you. You may build anything you like
    as long as it's not Immature or Stupid. There are a few rules which, if you join our World, you can read at the start. Along with some other information which would be helpful to know. I save this World every now and then, so I'd appreciate if no griefers
    would join. No one gets build permissions until they have joined and looked around the map a little. After that you can message me saying if you like the map or not. Once you do you will get a 'Starter Kit.' From there on, you are able to start building whatever
    you like! (As long as it's suitable!) There are, however, consequences.. If you grief, steal, do or make something stupid you will be taken to the Courthouse in the world! Sorry there is a lot of information but I want people to understand what my world is

    How do I transfer my Minecraft Worlds?

    Hello I just got my new Xbox One S with the newest version of Minecraft. I am having trouble transferring my old worlds from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One. I already uploaded the worlds to the Xbox One from the 360, but when I try to synch my old worlds on
    Minecraft: Better Together nothing comes up. Do I have to buy Minecraft: Xbox One Edition in order to transfer the worlds?

    Back then when the Xbox One Edition (the Minecraft with the "Xbox One Edition" in the name, not the new "Minecraft" for Xbox One) was released, there was a short time, where you could buy "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" for a reduced price, if you owned the
    original Xbox 360 Minecraft digitally.

    Xbox 360 Minecraft and Xbox One Edition Minecraft are two different things. Like having a vinyl record of a music album and then having to buy a CD of the same album. Or having a DVD of a movie, and having to pay for the BluRay version of the movie.

    However, the Xbox One Edition can't be bought nowadays anymore. Have you had the Xbox One Edition digitally, you would get the "Minecraft" (without the "Xbox One Edition" in the name) for free.

    You can however transfer your Xbox 360 worlds to the Xbox One, if you somehow got hold of the "Xbox One Edition" before it was replaced by the new "Minecraft".

    To do that, start your Xbox 360 Minecraft and make sure it's on the latest version. Then use the menu entry to upload your world to the online cloud.

    Now start up Minecraft Xbox One Edition and import your world.

    With your world in the Xbox One Edition, you can then start the "new" Minecraft on the Xbox One, and import your world from the Xbox One Edition to the new Minecraft.

    Firstly, I can confirm that Minecraft for Xbox One is included in Xbox Game Pass. Minecraft is not yet a part of Game Pass for PC.

    Although it is still possible to transfer data from Minecraft on Xbox 360 to Minecraft for Xbox One, it is not straight forward. The process requires you to go via Minecraft Xbox One Edition.

    From Minecraft.net:

    It’s not possible to transfer a world directly from Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition to the new version of Minecraft for Xbox One. To do this, you will need to first transfer the world to Xbox One Edition and then to the new version of Minecraft.

    You can only transfer your world from Minecraft 360 Edition to Minecraft One Edition to (new) Minecraft.

    Which Minecraft version do you use? For example, Minecraft 360 Edition in (new) Minecraft is not possible.

    (new) Minecraft

    Minecraft 360 Edition and Minecraft One Edition are out of support and now the Legacy Editions. New Minecraft is the Bedrock Edition

    Hi there,

    Have you hard reset your Xbox and power cycled it to see if Minecraft on Xbox One received an update as well?

    I noticed this note on the Mojang support page for transferring worlds on Xbox Consoles: "Please note:
    It’s not possible to transfer a world directly from Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition to the new version of Minecraft for Xbox One. To do this, you will need to first transfer the world to Xbox One Edition
    and then to the new version of Minecraft."

    If I'm not mistaken Minecraft Xbox One Edition was upgraded to the new version of Minecraft with the BTU but based on that note you would have to upload the worlds to the Xbox One edition and then to the newest version of Minecraft on Xbox One. I'm not sure
    if this has anything to do with the issue but I figured it was worth noting.

    can then use the Xbox 360 save download feature on Minecraft: Xbox One Edition to download that world. You’ll need to make sure you download that save to your Xbox One before you can upload a new save using your Xbox 360. You can do this as often as you like,
    but you can only transfer one saved world at a time.

    You’ll need to ensure you have the latest update to Minecraft by starting the game while connected to Xbox Live. Choose “Play” and navigate down to the bottom, here you will find a button called “Sync Old Worlds”. Select this button and choose the world
    you would like to transfer. You can do this as often as you like, but you can only transfer one world at a time.
