    Does anyone on the Xbox version of the new Minecraft know of a way to do a manual game save without exiting the game. Also is there a way to disable auto save.

    I'm pretty sure Minecraft is just Minecraft. One game, Minecraft. There is also Minecraft story mode, that is a very different game, a telltale series.

    Recommend me a game?

    I recommend Minecraft. It's super cheap and will hold you off from purchases at least until you get to see the new games to save up for at E3.

    I have mc but not the new version. My friends don't have the new version either as we have to pay for it. Although it's advertised as free for some people when u click on the link it takes u yo a page on store and all u see is a price which is nz$29

    @ Game Master TZ Wish I knew the answer because there seems to not be one. I like the quit without saving feature and ho0p they add it in the future.

    Thank you all so much for your patience whole this is looked into. To provide an update - those of you who do not own digitally but have played 5+ hours should have access to Better Together in waves and should have access soon.

    Those who own the game digitally, or have purchased DLC for the game, should now have access.

    I’m trying to play on my survival world but it keeps saying it’s corrupted.

    Access Application Data\.minecraft\saves. ...

    1. Make a copy of the corrupted world folder & all files & folders inside, and rename it however you please. ...
    2. Start Minecraft and create a new world, then save and close Minecraft. ...
    3. Go back to Application Data\. ...
    4. Cut the files (but not the folders) from the new saved world folder.

    Minecraft 360 world transfers to xbox one

    Thats the problem.. The new 360 save will not transfer to the xbox one minecraft edition. The xbox one minecraft edition keeps downloading the first save, even though Ive deleted the first one off of the 360 and off of the xbox one edition.

    Hello. Thank you for posting on the xbox forums. In minecraft each function belongs to a specific saved world. You will have to create a new folder for your functions. This would be under

    \data\functions\(new folder)\(your function)

    Full location example:

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\

    Roaming\.minecraft\saves\<saved world>\data\functions\<new folder>\

    functionname.mcfunction-dataset

    Let me know how it goes.
