New Microsoft Sudoku Games

The new Microsoft Sudoku game has now been installed on my PC and Linx 10 tablet. I can play the games OK on my PC but when I try on my tablet, I get the message 'RESIZE THE WINDOW TO RESUME THE GAME' but no matter what I do, I cannot resize the
window and the screen seems to be locked. Is this just a temporary Microsoft glitch which I assume will be put right shortly, or if not what can I do to ensure that I can play the games on my tablet. I have tried uninstalling Sudoku and then reinstalling
it but that does not work.

Microsoft casual games community.
Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
support sitefor the casual games you can look over also.

I've had exactly same problem that started yesterday too (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire but getting same connection problem messages. Then today got this message

There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Sudoku. Please check the Microsoft Sudoku FAQ at and refer to error code 000021

It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.

My Microsoft Sudoku game no longer starts. Have reloaded Microsoft Solitaire collection and at the bottom chosen Microsoft Sudoku game and each time I start it I get initial Microsoft Sudoku starting screen and then it shifts to a blank blue screen and
freezes.

Multiple downloads have also failed and checked for Microsoft Updates and completed those....

Any suggestions to restore Sudoku? Note other Microsoft Solitaire games work from the collection.

I have the exact same problem. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Can click on the green xbox button in the upper right corner of Sudoku, and sign into xbox just fine, but Sudoku can't sign in. Have even exited Sudoku, and punched the "Play Sudoku" button
within xbox, which starts Sudoku, but Sudoku still can't connect. All of my other games work fine.

I have seen a message from time to time within Sudoku over the last 2 days which seems to say that this is a new version and you don't have to sign into xbox to play, but then I lose all my history of what has happened in the last 4 years. The message disappears
before I can study it. Is this a new version? Or maybe I am misinterpreting the message.

I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
to continue using it.
