    OK so on a kids account, the parent has to authorise the new Microsoft service Agreement, so you sign in as the parent and then it takes you back to the same page requesting the parent sign in to authorise it, so you then click next again, authorise it with
    a parental sign in, then it takes you back to the page requesting the parent to sign in, endlessly looping, thanks !

    cant log into elite

    10-4 on the service agreement, it keeps looping back each time I press the "A" button

    Whats the deal with endless looping? It's getting to the point that I won't get another live card! Why don't you try to do something about this on going problem?

    accepting new licence agreement

    I am having a problem where I log in and it prompts me to accept the Microsoft Services Agreement. After accepting it, it sends me to a page requesting that my parent signs in and does so. After my parent signs in, it sends me back to the Microsoft Services
    Agreement page but it is still logged in as me. If i click accept, it restarts the loop, again.
