    I had just made a new Microsoft Account for my computer and I can't put it on my Xbox 360. It keeps saying something is wrong with my credentials.

    You can create a new password if available and then reset the tab.

    Make sure you're download the profile to the console. If you're just trying to sign it it will not let you since the profile is not already attached to the console.

    To download a profile, click the Xbox button on the controller and make sure to sign out of any accounts that you may be using. You should see an option to download a profile.
