New Location and now nothing will download.

I bought my Xbox One in Alabama where my parents live and all the games I owned there downloaded perfectly. Now that I'm at school and using their suddenlink internet, nothing will download all the way. I'm able to download the game offline but when I try
to download the update it just goes into queue after a certain percentage. So I browsed throughout the interwebs looking for answers on how to fix this, and I think I've tried everything. I have down a hard reset, tried as I said before downloading the game
while not connected to the internet then trying to download the update, and I've tried resetting the system cache and nothing will work. I don't think it's a problem with the manufacturers of the two games I'm trying to download (Forza 5 and Battlefield 4)
seeing as they've been out for quite some time. So my question is, how do I fix this so I can access and play these games during my leisure time.

earlier it says "not avalible from my location" and i have not! payed for this Downloads.

now i have paying for this and can´t download them.

Conclusion:i have payed for nothing!! that´s not right.

 

Region errors for download games in xbox live

You can't download it because some DLCs are region-locked, which means your location on your account and the location your are physically staying needs to match.

You can create a new account for the location you are physically in, and see if you are able to download it.

 

Sorry to hear that you're having this problem. Usually the issue is due to the school's internet connection with gaming consoles. You should go talk to the internet administrator and they should be able to help you get hooked up properly.

 

Well I guess I forgot to mention that my consoles MAC address is already registered and what not on the schools internet.

 

As this is a new school year you may still need to get assistance from the admins.

 

I've been on the phone with them twice this week man. I registered it this year as I bought it over the summer, as implied above. I just want some definitive tips/solution(s), and not to be directed back and forth from IT and xbox support.

 

My friend said thinks that my xbox one system cache is corrupted and that I have delete all the games off of my xbox to be able to download anything, but I'm not sure that's the case, since I was able to download Deer God and YouTube miraculously. However
those two discs will not download, neither will the update for Warframe.

 

I don't think it's an issue with the cache. But I still think it's an issue with the school's net. Can you please run a test at speedtest.net and post back the ping, download and upload speeds? Thanks.

 

Screenshot <- This is the current up/down mb/s. However in the early morning its roughly 75 up/down and at night it's roughly 3-8 mb/s up/down.

 

If you are trying to download the games in the evening when it's lowest that may be causing the issues but I have something for you to try.

If you weren't already aware you can add up to two external hard drives to your console. They need to be USB 3.0 and can range in size from 256GB - 16TB in size. I would recommend getting an external drive and move all your games onto it (game saves are
stored on the Cloud so you don't need to worry about that).

After that disconnect the drive and do a Factory Reset on the console from the Settings menu. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

 

Whenever I can afford to allot some money to that I guess I'll try that, if that works or doesn't work I'll get back to you on this thread.

 

this sounds like the xbox one installion stopped bugged.
