    Hi, I purchased a new laptop, and am trying to transfer my jigsaw app and purchases to it. I loaded the app without error but it did not load old purchases to it . I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I can't access the daily puzzles either, it just
    shuts down the app with no message. It seems to me that although it is pulling up my profile for signing on purposes, that there is a step that I don't know about on how to set the link to the new computer.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    WON'T LET ME DOWNLOAD

    I got a new laptop, and when I tried to download Microsoft Jigsaw to the new computer, I can't download the puzzles I was working on. Nor will it allow me to download any of the new Jigsaw Puzzles. Please be so kind and fix this problem.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    Microsoft Jigsaw not running right today.

    Very fed up. Microsoft Jigsaw mostly doesn't load at all, sometimes it does and wants to download a free app, which then fails to load. It won't let me sign in. This is all very frustrating.

    Plus, on the rare occasion it does load, most of the puzzle collections I have already downloaded do not show. I am not a premium user.
