    Please tell me there is there any way to revert to the old interface?...

    Apart from being generally a downgrade in every way (more clicks to get to whats needed, no customisation of layout, less information displayed, 70% wasted/blank space etc) the worst part is that as the games/tiles are no longer in any specific/consistent place, they move depending on what you last played with entire groups disapearing from the menu apart from 2 recent ones?

    This is now signifcantly more difficult to navigate for someone with accesibility issues...who tested this and thought it was a servicable interface?

    Seems like someone that never used an xbox and is paid buy pushing ads to our console. Just finished updating my games. i will be taking console offline until fixed. This is a joke

    Is there not an official method of contact? I don't have/want a Reddit account. From reading that link it looks like people mostly complaining about the new interface or that the feedback on the issues highlighted were ignored regardless...

    They don't want to hear from us. This "update" has been in the works for a while now and all the negative feedback they got from the early adopters was flat-out ignored. They removed all your own customization options for what appears on your home page and are pushing advertising above all else. They long ago did away with direct contact over the phone and as the "official representative" told you the only "official" way to lodge a complaint is on a reddit thread that they'll ignore just like they did the early adopters' feedback. I really, REALLY feel your frustration but the only option/ voice we as the consumer have is with our wallets and there's never enough people willing to stop giving them money to get their attention. Best you, me and anyone else can do is get used to this dog turd update because like all the **** ones before it, it isn't going away. I wish you well, friend.
