    Are you speaking in regards to the Ambassadors program? I would read through the following stuff.

    There is also courses to help you become more familiar with subjects and the program here (you can also earn points here): Xbox Ambassadors

    Also, like Frizio I iB said, Missions are important to earning exp, rewards, and may help give you ideas as to what to do for support. Find what you like doing, and stick with that but make sure your giving everything a go, help is needed in all areas. I prefer
    doing support chats but when I need something quick I will go through new suggestions in feedback or videos. Hope this helps. If you have further ambassador questions I suggest making them at the forums I linked above.

    Sounds like you are doing pretty good. It also sounds like you have a little bit of every specialization in your class (Combat, Mage, Stealth), which isn't a bad thing. As long as you know what you are doing.

    Very well, I'm now in the Arcane University getting my first staff. BTW my Mage class is a CUSTOM class, ask for details. It's called as a Mage as well. I'm learning new tactics and doing side quest quests, I'm thinking of trying to find some nice light
    armor, or some other clothing for mages. (I already have a couple though) I prefer claymores and special daggers, very handy. So most of the time I'm working on magic and a fair amount on combat. I'm ranked up as a Bloodmaster in the arena. I'm also doing
    well with sneak and medium-close ranged combat. New updates for my progress on Oblivion are coming soon, go ahead and ask for more questions below.

    P.S. Every time I kill an amount of enemies I always say in a kids voice like in Borderlands. "YAY!"

    I good thing to start with is going to the Arena in the Imperial City. You can see different kinds of enemies, and get some spending money for later. Plus, if you become Grand Champion, people like you some more. There is really so much to do in this game.
    And as Payne said, go to the inn at the Waterfront. I hear that they have wonderful entertainment :)
