New GTA 5 for Xbox 360 disc 1 not working

Discus and support New GTA 5 for Xbox 360 disc 1 not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought GTA 5 new from Walmart i put disc 1 in and it will not work.     I bought GTA 5 new from Walmart i put disc 1 in and it will not work. I get the clean disc error. What can i do?

    Hello fellow gamer,

    If you have tried the troubleshooting for disc unreadable and still is doing this. You will want to take it back to retailer and see if you can swap for a different one. There is most likely something wrong with the disc.

    Make sure it's not Pirated or Pre-owned that the pre-owner must have damaged the disc badly.

    That has absolutely nothing to do with what the OP is talking about. He is having problems installing the mandatory install of Disc 1..That article is talking about installing Disc 2 to a USB because of pop in textures...which is the play disc....
