Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately we cannot assist with gift card issues on the forums since we are not equipped to properly view accounts and replace any codes. If you bought the gift card from a retailer and the code was accidentally
damaged, then you would need to provide Xbox customer support with a proof of purchase (receipt) and they would usually be able to help you out. However since we are not Xbox customer support, I'll provide the best steps on how to contact them to further assist

3. Select See other options
4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
5. Select show contact options
6. Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available

my roommate bought games on my account because we share an xbox and he didn't notice he was buying it on m account. Also we have the 3 of 4 of the same last 4 card digits. So he bought games on my account and I just realized when I checked my bank account.
