New gaming laptop

i just bought a new gaming laptop and it was said in lenovo that it will come with 3 months of game pass, now when i open the xbox app it just only shows the option to buy or the free trial of 1 week, my brother has the same laptop and in his laptop he does have the xbox game pass, i got looged with my microsoft account that i used in my last laptop cause it didnt require me to create a new one

Congratulations on your new Gaming Laptop, I'm happy for you, now regarding the fact that you don't have the Game Pass subscription that they promised you when you bought it.

You may need to make sure your Microsoft account is connected to the Xbox app. If you're already signed in to the Xbox app with your Microsoft account, try signing out and signing in again.

If that doesn't work, you may need to check if your Microsoft account has an active Xbox Game Pass subscription. If your account does not have an active subscription, it is best to contact the business from which you purchased the Laptop.

I'm afraid this game doesn't have a cloud save, I recommend contacting the developer to see if it's possible to get the progress manually.

You realize that PC games have an "Options - Graphics" area to optimize for your setup? I can run new games on a three year old gaming laptop, it just doesn't look as good as my desktop or new laptop.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Normally logging into the account you used before would bring all your progress due to this game having progress saved in the cloud, so it is linked to your account and not to the hardware, check if the account logged into your current PC Microsoft store is the same which was used on your old PC.

If that doesn't solve the problem, I suggest you contact Microsoft Casual Games Support, they will be able to give you more details as to why this is happening.
