    New Games Won't Launch on Xbox App


    Every time I've tried to launch No Man's Sky or Dungeon of the Endless the app closes, a white screen appears with the title of the game, and then it crashes and disappears without a trace. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games, restarting my
    computer, tampering with my PC and Xbox settings, and a couple other things, but so far the problem remains the same. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you.

    I was having the same problem.

    I clicked on my profiles, then went to settings. Under general settings I enabled offline mode.

    Then it started working. I am not 100% sure that is what solved it, but give it a try.

    Thank you for trying to help. I'm using the Xbox app on my PC and playing games via the Gamer Pass. I have version 2006.2001.18.0. The app is just titled "Xbox", so I don't believe it's the beta version. There are no new updates on the
    Microsoft Store that I can find.

    Hey there - have you tried updating to the newest version of the Xbox app? Assuming you mean the Game Pass one, I just had to download a new version (non-beta) of it last week.
