HALO WARS. WOOO. Haven't played that in ages

 

I see the writers point but he's just guessing the image doesn't necessarily mean anything

 

I'd like to think they are confirmed but we'll have to see.

 

I'm liking Borderlands and Fable 2. I still need to finish the last 2 dlcs on Borderlands and Fable 2 I've yet to start but I would much prefer to play it on my One.

 

All first party titles are already confirmed to be coming. Borderlands is confirmed as well as they demoed it.

 

I'm wondering how 2-disc titles, such as Halo 4 and Dead Space 3, are going to function.

 

That is something I am wondering as well StoneWall.

Could be a real pain having to exit and load a different disc in games like Mass Effect 2.

 

I might be wrong but I believe the games actually download from a digital version from xbox live not the disc itself so maybe you'll just have to put disc one in.

They do. Pop the disc in and a copy wrapped in the emulator is downloaded.

This is the issue though. I put in the first disc of Mass Effect 2 and download that. Now is that going to give me both discs that will swap automatically when needed or am I going to have to put the second disc into the One, download that, and then exit
and start the other disc when I need to swap.

It's going to be interesting to see how Microsoft handle this.

 

I'm having a blast playing the first batch of old 360 titles on the Xbox One. It breathes new life into them.

Can't wait for more to arrive!

 

I'm betting games with multiple discs will play like it's a single disc game on the X1, the most you'll probably get is a short loading screen.

 

Loading screens are so long on the Xbox One, I wouldn't be surprised if it's an extensive loading screen... Although, I hope I'm completely wrong about that and it may be short. The reason why I say that about long loading screens is because Halo 2 loads
much, much slower on the Xbox 360 than it does on the original Xbox.
