New games and category?

Categories for games, why has Xbox deleted the role playing games category? I am really disenchanted with the xbox one and the lack of new games. It seems xbox one is kid games and xbox 360 nothing. All I
see from Xbox On is the REDO Games for more money $$$$. Technical support is terrible now am tired of Orientals with no solutions to problems except returning items at your expense to get fixed which was a new console
and controller.

I don't think I will purchase from Microsoft any longer. I will purchase from a local company that I can return the item if it is defective.

What happened to your great service gone for the Almighty Dollar.

Feedback site. Head over there and do a search in the Xbox Store area to see if they have a post already up about categories and adding new ones. If you find a post like that, give it a vote! If you can't seem to locate a post about it, feel free to post
up the suggestion! This is how users get their voice heard the best.
