    New Gamertag


    I just bought a new gamertag and it just appears under my old one. I have tried resetting my Xbox, removing and reinstalling my profile back on but it just won’t change. It won’t allow me to request a callback from customer service because they are currently unavailable so I don’t know what to do.

    If you don't have an EA account it should prompt you to create one when starting the game, would this not work?

    The free month is only available during the process of creating a new account. You have to chose yes when it asks to join live. Every console allows up to three 1 month trials for three brand new accounts created on it.
