new gamertag update is not letting me get a free change

Not sure if the change by the new system is still free, was at the time of E3, ie it's been a long time.

no if you create a new account now you get one free name change. what i meant was if i put gold membership on before changing the gamertag will it still let me change it later

When i was forced a gamertag change it then let me change it again for free to something that i chose to, are you sure it wont let you make a free gamertag change now its been a forced change?

If you haven't changed your Gamertag for a while(since the whole new Gamertag update) then you can change It for free but after you need to pay $10.
