New Gamertag System Is Terrible

What gives with the new gamertag system. Like we don't need two seperate gamertags for ingame and for the gamertag that shows up on the friends screen. I think it is absolute BS. And one gamertag is 15 characters long where the other one can only be 12.
That is poor and inconvenient. Like my gamertag was Mega which is 13 characters and now it only shows ingame instead of anywhere else. How stupid is the new system microsoft is trying. I want this fixed ASAP because I want my gamertag to show up
everywhere, not only ingame.fix it to where both are 15 characters long not one with 12 characters and one with 15. Something needs to be done here. I don't want 2 seperate gamertags when the simplest thing they could have done was kept it as 1 gamertag with
15 characters. And if the do decide to fix this issue I want a free gamertag change to fix it. For example, There are some people who have a 13-15 character name from the old system and now with the new one you can only have 12 characters which I believe is
unfair to some people. I don't want to have 2 seperate gamertags for Ingame and on Xbox. I used to have both of then as a 13 character long gamertag and now i can't event revert it back to that gamertag because of this whole new system that is worse than the
old version

I do not think they are two gamer tags. One is a gamer tag and the other is your nickname. The gamer tag cannot be changed without paying a fee. Your nickname you can change anytime you want

It's not that bad, you get used to it after a while. It will just come naturally

I have heard that if you change your gamer tag on a 360, you can still get 15 characters.

Yeah like i know people that have longer gamertags that are really creative. My gamertag used to only be Mega. Then i changed it and i wanted Mega back. Now with the new system i cant get my 13 character gamertag back. I can only make
it my ingame gamertag unfortunately

I just wish both gamertags could be 15 characters. Some people from xbox 360 have 15 letter gamertags and others aren't allowed. It's kind of dumb to have one gamertag with the limit of 12 and another one with the limit of 15. If Xbox could fix that somehow
it would be appreciated. I tried changing it and i wasted $10 today to do so and i wish i could get a refund. I wish Microsoft Support would give a a refund but they just tell me to waste more money to fix it again
